Student Employee/Working Student (m/f/d) Central Services


We are looking for a working student (20 hours per week) or an employee (m/f/d) to support our team "Central Services" in the Department - Central Affairs, starting as soon as possible.

Your tasks

  • Assistance at the reception and telephone switchboard
  • Organizational and technical support for internal and external meetings, including pre and postprocessing
  • Execution of general administrative and organizational tasks, support
  • Assistance with room and relocation work
  • Assistance with processing, sorting and distribution of mail and packages, as well as preparation for shipping
  • Processing of print jobs
  • Execution of errands as needed
Your profile

  • Students preferably after their first year of study
  • Wellgroomed and friendly appearance with good communication skills
  • Manual dexterity
  • Interest in conference technology
  • Good user knowledge of common office programs
  • Reliability, teamwork, flexibility and willingness to take on service tasks
