    Job Qualifications:
    • We are seeking an experienced paralegal proficient in handling civil litigation cases from inception to resolution.
    • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of recent experience in civil litigation.
    • Candidates should demonstrate high motivation, a strong work ethic, excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in software programs (e.g., Microsoft Office, FileVine, CCE, Lexis Nexis, ECF/PACER), and superior writing abilities. The ability to manage diverse and complex civil litigation caseloads efficiently is essential.

    Springer & Steinberg, P.C. offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including comprehensive health, vision, and dental coverage and a 401(k) profit-sharing plan.
