    We're looking for an organized paralegal to play an important role on our legal team as an estate/trust/conservatorship administration and probate litigation paralegal. Individuals should be a detail-oriented team player with effective communication skills. Experience in probate, estate planning, accounting, or litigation is a plus but not required. If you're interested in advancing your paralegal career with opportunities for growth, we want to hear from you.

    Compensation:

    $60,000+ commensurate with experience

    Responsibilities:
    • Assist lawyers in preparing legal documentation, pleadings, and correspondence
    • Aid lawyers by preparing, organizing and coordinating cases. Conducting research and assisting with client meetings and filing motions
    • 1040 and 1041 tax preparation, Word, e-filing, Simplifile, TABS3 and PracticeMaster experience a plus
    • Gather information about finances, personal property, real estate and other client assets
    Qualifications:
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Candidates must have completed an ABA-approved paralegal certificate program such as an Associate's degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies, Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Must have great time-management skills, and organizational skills
