    We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Probate Paralegal to join a dynamic legal team in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in probate law, trusts, and estate administration, with a minimum of 5-10 years of hands-on experience. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and knowledgeable professional to contribute their expertise to a well-established law firm.

    Responsibilities:

    • Case Management:
      • Oversee and manage a portfolio of probate cases from initiation to resolution.
      • Conduct legal research, document drafting, and case analysis.
    • Client Interaction:
      • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
      • Assist in client meetings, interviews, and consultations.
    • Court Filings:
      • Prepare and file probate documents with the appropriate courts.
      • Monitor case deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules.
    • Title and Asset Transfers:
      • Facilitate the transfer of titles and assets in accordance with probate and trust proceedings.
      • Coordinate with financial institutions, government agencies, and other entities.
    • Legal Research:
      • Stay current with changes in probate laws and regulations.
      • Conduct legal research to support case strategies and legal opinions.
    • Team Collaboration:
      • Work closely with attorneys, legal assistants, and other team members to ensure seamless case progression.
      • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior paralegals.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate.
    • At least 5-10 years of proven experience as a Probate Paralegal.
    • Thorough understanding of probate, trust, and estate administration procedures.
    • Proficiency in legal research, case management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 commensurate with experience.
