McAuliffe Neiman PC is hiring a full-time Paralegal to assist in our commercial collections practice.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a moderate-volume practice, where procedures have been honed over 30 years to maximize efficiency.

Duties include file intake, preparing demand letters and pleadings, calendaring, and preparing post-judgment documents. Prior collections experience a plus, but not required. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task between matters in various stages.

The firm provides vision and dental insurance at low cost to the paralegal and family and would consider health insurance for the right candidate.

It is expected that after training, this would be a hybrid position, half time in the office and half time remotely.
