    Top Denver law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal with at least 5 years of large-scale, complex litigation experience to join their medical malpractice group at their Denver office. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience using complex legal software/databases. Previous medical malpractice experience is a big plus but not a strict requirement.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Manage complex cases from start to finish.
    • Analyze, review, and organize large volumes of documents/case materials.
    • Prepare document productions and responses to discovery requests.
    • Utilize the Bluebook for citations and cite check briefs from opposing counsel.
    • Develop and implement case strategies in coordination with the attorneys.
    • Research case-related matters and legal precedents.
    • Locate and interpret court rules to guide the team on filing.
    • Monitor case dockets and deadlines.
    • Prepare cases for trial and attend trial as needed.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal handling highly complex civil cases, preferably on the defense side.
    • Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate required.
    • Medical malpractice experience is preferred.
    • Proficiency in eDiscovery software/databases (e.g. Relativity, Ipro, Eclipse, etc.)
    • Must have experience managing all phases of complex litigation.
    • Trial experience is preferred.
    • Applicants must currently reside in the Denver metro area.

    Salary of $80,000 - $95,000 commensurate with experience and comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, short/long term disability, tuition reimbursement, commuter benefits, paid time off, paid holidays, 401k with 6% fully vested employer contribution, and more.
