Regional Manager (m/f/d) Eye Care

Area:
Central-East: Nuremberg, Würzburg, Erfurt, Leipzig, Dresden, Frankfurt (Oder), Potsdam

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for building, leading, motivating, and inspiring a highperforming team in your region
Implementation of local sales and marketing strategies with a focus on developing and expanding successful business relationships with existing and new customers
Development of conversation concepts and strategies in collaboration with the field management and product management
Regular coaching and performance evaluations with the team to improve their skills
Gathering market observations on competitor activities, analyzing them, and communicating the results to decisionmakers
Organizing and conducting training events, regional field meetings, and conversation trainings
Preparing and conducting expert discussions at conferences and exhibitions
