Role Overview:

We are looking for a Junior UX/UI Designer who speaks Spanish fluently to bring new ideas on board as well as gain practical experience in designing user-centered web and mobile applications.

This position presents an exceptional opportunity for growth within a dynamic team, working closely with senior designers and other departments to improve the user experience for our Spanish-speaking audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design UI elements and tools for our digital platforms targeting Spanishspeaking users.
Assist the UX team in conducting user research and synthesizing feedback to inform design decisions.
Help create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups under the guidance of experienced designers.
Learn how to apply design standards and maintain user flows across multiple interfaces.
Ensure accurate implementation of designs by collaborating with the development team.

Required Experience and Skills:

A degree in Graphic Design, Human Computer Interaction or related field or equivalent practical experience
Some experience in UX/UI design including familiarity with Adobe XD, Sketch or Figma
Fluent in Spanish with an eye for aesthetics & detail; ability to take constructive feedback
Basic understanding of usability & usercentered design practices
Strong communication skills & willingness to work collaboratively within a team environment
