Job Description

LHH is seeking a experienced insurance defense litigation attorney interested in a new job opportunity in Tampa, FL? We especially want to hear from you if you have personal injury defense experience You will be responsible for drafting legal documentation, attending court, gathering and preparing defense information, advising clients and claims personnel on complex legal issues, legal research, case management, and discovery. Trial experience is a huge plus, but those who can handle a high volume of cases independently who don't have trial experience can gain it This is an amazing opportunity for a self-starter who is ready to seriously advance their career. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with excellent interpersonal skills. This firm is very successful—apply today for this awesome career opportunity

Qualifications:

JD required; must be licensed and in good standing in FL
years of insurance defense litigation experience
Works well independently and as part of a team
Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills

Salary: $100,000-$110,000/yr.
