    Job Details

    Position: Associate Attorney

    Location: Tampa, Florida

    Description: Banker Lopez Gassler P.A. is looking for an Associate Attorney to join its General Trial Practice Group specializing in Admiralty/Maritime Law. Candidates must be licensed in Florida or planning to take the Florida Bar.

    Key Requirements:

    • Attend hearings, mediations, and arbitration proceedings
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • Manage case load and litigation staff
    • Conduct appellate research
    • Draft substantive pleadings
    • Strong research skills, especially with Westlaw
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Must be licensed in Florida
    • J.D. and planning to take the Florida Bar
