This firm is currently seeking a full-time,
Remote Attorney for its Real Estate division in the Tampa Bay, FL region.

Position Title: Associate Attorney-Real Estate (Remote)


Compensation:
$100,000 - $110,000/year commensurate with experience


Responsibilities:


  • Manage various real estate related cases with responsibilities including, but not limited to drafting demand letters in areas such as real estate litigation, business litigation, condominium and HOA litigation, construction defects, municipal ordinance violations and landlord/tenant issues.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 2 + years of experience.
  • Florida Bar license required.
  • Excellent research and writing skills required (motions heavy practice).
  • Ability to effectively communicate and work closely with clients.
  • Ability to develop case specific legal strategies to best advocate for our clients.
  • Resume and references required.
