- Present technical training courses to new and current NARA employees and business partners, adapting content and delivery techniques to address differing needs and capabilities of varying audiences.
- Develop and deliver modules or entire sessions of non-technical training courses such as telephone skills, stress management, customer service, etc., where the principles to be addressed are basic and straightforward, and reference materials are readily available.
- Manage individual self-paced learning activities in the MPR learning laboratory, where individual NPRC employees may come to the laboratory to utilize or view computer-based instruction, videotapes, books or other sources. Recommend and administer the appropriate learning source, assists the employee with the program, and monitors and records individual progress.
- Consult with the employee, his/her supervisor, and the Training Specialist in determining or recommending appropriate remedial or developmental programs or courses to address individual or group developmental needs. Develop and deliver training courses or modules of courses in technical NPRC-related areas or non-technical areas to address these needs.
