Your responsibilities as a practical instructor:

Implementation of practical training for nursing professionals according to legal and internal guidelines
Instruction of our trainees in everyday life and in specific learning situations
Planning of individual training phases
Support of trainees in integrating into the team
Conducting performance evaluations
Preparation of trainees for exams
Collaboration in the continuous development of practical and well-founded training
Training of new colleagues

Your profile as a practical instructor:

You have completed training as a geriatric nurse, health and nursing nurse or nursing professional
Completed training as a practical instructor
Professional experience in outpatient and/or inpatient geriatric care
Communicative interaction with management and colleagues
You are passionate and responsible in your work
You enjoy working with trainees
