Join our team at the state-recognized nursing school in
Fairview Heights, IL


We are currently seeking a dedicated
nurse (m/f/d) for teaching and practical guidance, full-time (40 hours/week, part-time possible) and permanent.

Compensation will be according to the in-house collective agreement, pay group I for qualified personnel.


Your main tasks:


  • Guidance of practical training for nursing professionals, nursing assistants for the elderly and sick
  • Practical assessment of learning progress and guidance of participants in maintaining proper practice logbooks
  • Design of practiceoriented training content
  • Sharing your experience and expertise in practical teaching
  • Coordination of practical placement schedules

Your qualifications:


  • Completed nursing education (elderly care, health and nursing care, or pediatric nursing)
  • First experience in the pedagogical field, possibly further training as a
    practice instructor
  • Enjoyment of knowledge transfer and working with people
  • Confident demeanor
  • Independent and responsible work style
  • Good MS Office skills and openness to interactive media
