This medium-sized company has been a solid part of the concrete industry in the region for many years. With nearly 50 satisfied employees, they offer not only ready-mix concrete, but also precast elements, sand, and gravel. Sustainability, short regional delivery routes, and high flexibility are the hallmarks of this company.


Responsibilities:


  • Creation of drawings and plans for semifinished and structural precast elements
  • Planning and coordination of work processes
  • Calculation and preparation of offers
  • Participation in the creation of tender documents
  • Preparation of settlement drawings and assistance with construction settlements

Who You Are:


  • Completed training as an architectural draftsperson or equivalent
  • Building technician, master mason, reinforced concrete builder, etc.
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
  • Good computer skills
  • Ideally, knowledge of CAD software
  • Experience with VOB (German construction contract procedures) is advantageous
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
