How You Contribute

  • You are responsible for managing all accounts payable processes for our German branches
  • You review and post incoming invoices as well as bookings of various business transactions (AP, GL, intercompany)
  • You are responsible for the allocation, booking and reconciliation of cash and bank and thus ensure our financial integrity and accuracy of the company's accounting
  • You support cash planning procedures so that an overview of the available liquidity can always be ensured
  • You ensure that account reconciliations and open items are completed or balanced in a timely manner, especially for monthly reporting requirements
  • You support your colleagues in the finance team with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to IFRS, HGB and tax regulations
