    Job Description

    Job DescriptionVaco Indianapolis has partnered with a client in the legal industry on the North side of Indianapolis to fill a part-time contract-to-hire Bookkeeping position. This is an onsite (not remote) position that will be around 18-20 hours per week. Experience with Quickbooks is strongly preferred.

    Duties Include:

    Company budgeting
    Staff pay analysis/bonus structure
    Entering invoices received that need to paid into Quickbooks
    Reconcile accounts to ensure balances are correct
    Reconcile reimbursed client expenses and monthly cash with Tabs
    Reconcile credit card and request payment
    Entering deposits and expenditures
    Create weekly cash summary report
    Cut checks
    Run payroll reports from HCC and use the information to prepare Payroll Spreadsheet with payroll detail breakdown and enter into Quickbooks
    Prepare and initiate ACH for Partner Draws
    Set up outgoing wires and transmit
    Initiate ACH's and send to bank
    Facilitate line of credit transfers
    Review monthly transactions
    Run profit & loss statements
    Run balance sheets
    Review deposits in trust
    Additional administrative/office duties as needed
