Responsibilities:


  • Reviewing and approving all electrical quotes
  • Negotiating rates/prices with vendors and suppliers
  • Educating and training the sales and service team
  • Supporting the customer service team with vendor and/or customer escalations
  • Assisting the team with any technical questions that may arise
  • Assisting the strategic sourcing department with recruiting partners

Job Qualifications:


  • Applicable in field related experience of commercial electric
  • Project management and estimating expertise to manage client request
  • Design build knowledge including managing electrical engineers for drawing inception and electrical permitting process
  • Knowledge of all electrical components including but not limited to main building distribution, transformers, panel sizing, amperage drops, load testing, and material specifications
  • Associate's degree preferred, however equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Demonstrate customer service skills, excellent phone etiquette a must
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Proactive, organized & detail oriented
