Head of Growth (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

  • As (Senior) Strategic Project Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for strategic crossunit projects to develop existing and new growth initiatives.
  • After conceptualization, you will coordinate the necessary crossdepartmental project teams (e.g. Learning UX, Academic Coordination, Media Production, and other internal services) as well as internal and external stakeholders for further scaling.
  • In addition, you will work with us to further develop innovative features for the learning of tomorrow and provide significant support for strategic projects such as potential M&A transactions and the development of our platform.
  • You will continuously optimize our internal processes, contributing to increased efficiency and profitability.
  • Furthermore, you will also support smaller tasks with the same level of enthusiasm, such as preparing internal communications and coordinating interfaces.
  • To achieve all of this, you will work closely and on an equal footing with the management and relevant stakeholders we will do everything to support your personal development and work with you to define your personal development plan.

Your profile:

  • You have relevant and proven professional experience, ideally gained in the consulting environment of a renowned strategy consultancy (e.g. as an Associate or Fellow).
  • You have experience in the higher education sector
