At our Schkopau location, we operate three plants for the production of synthetic rubber, a pilot plant, an operational facility, and a research laboratory.

Investment Project Specialist (m/f/d) at our Schkopau location to start as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Independently leading process engineering projects, managing a project team through all project phases until the investment is handed over
- Organizing and evaluating projectrelated contractors
- Comparing and organizing technical solutions in terms of feasibility, coordinating final scopes to prepare for investments and their implementation
- Project cost and budget management within approved investments
- Responsible decisionmaking within the scope of investment projects
Your qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in process engineering, chemical technology, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering
- Analytical and conceptual thinking to identify projectspecific requirements
- Strong focus on safety, as well as innovation and results orientation
- Fluent in spoken and written German and English
- Good balance between technical expertise and a handson mentality
