We are currently seeking a
Customer Service Consultant (m/f/d) for one of our clients in the field of tax consultancy software development and tax consulting.

The position is available
immediately or with consideration of your notice period.


Your responsibilities:


  • Responding to simple and occasionally difficult customer inquiries (both written and over the phone) and forwarding the issue to the appropriate solution partners
  • Identifying necessary actions resulting from ongoing service operations
  • Making suggestions to ensure service goals are met and flexibly intervening in case of identified bottlenecks
  • Working hours between 7:30 am 6:15 pm

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent knowledge and skills
  • Consulting and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Understanding of technical topics and openness to innovation
  • Service orientation and flexibility
  • Knowledge in areas such as human resources or accounting, as well as experience
