LVN - $4,000 Sign-on BonusSchedule:
Full-Time or Part-Time, NOC Shift
2+ years experience in long-term care preferred
CPR and First Aid certified
Observes, reports, and documents/charting on patient conditions
Sets up treatment trays, and prepares instruments and/or other equipment, as needed
Reviews reports from previous shifts to determine changes in the status' of residents and assigns various duties to C.

Responsible for notifying the Director of Nursing Services (DNS) and/or Administrator of changes in patient condition or other job-related problems
