Project monitoring / controlling of complex new construction projects
Handling special calculations at the interface between technical and commercial departments, as well as comprehensive business and financial advice to project management and executives
Conducting regular technical and financial project reviews
Responsibility for and shaping of project controlling for large construction and transportation projects in major cities throughout Germany
