Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Business Appointment Setter. This role is crucial in generating new business opportunities by contacting potential clients and scheduling appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products or services.
Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team to meet with prospective clients.
Maintain a detailed record of calls made and appointments set.
Follow up on initial contacts.
Stay informed about the products and services offered by our company.
Handle rejections and objections by maintaining a professional attitude.
Meet or exceed appointment setting and quality goals.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong phone presence and experience handling dozens of calls per day.
Ability to professionally and confidently communicate with diverse groups of people.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
Multilingual skills are a plus.
