    Account Manager
    Reports to: CSO
    Location: Onsite, M-F @ 2 Greenway Plaza, Suite 510 – Houston, TX

    The Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between Entelligence and its clients, aiming to maintain, expand, and enhance client relationships while offering solutions that align with their business goals. This role involves building strategic partnerships, driving business growth, and consistently surpassing sales targets. As an essential player in customer success, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients by delivering solutions that drive their business objectives forward. By following our established sales process, you will contribute to customer growth within large enterprise-level accounts.
    Reporting to the CSO (Chief Sales Office), the Account Manager embodies enthusiasm in supporting and serving clients. Exceptional communication, leadership, and management skills are crucial for success in this position.
    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement strategic account plans for the assigned territory
    • Foster and maintain a trusted advisor relationship with clients through consistent communication
    • Enhance staffing, project outsourcing, and professional services offerings
    • Supervise the client's order management and solution fulfillment processes
    • Ensure efficient and swift order-to-hire processes to uphold customer satisfaction
    • Oversee the delivery of professional services solutions
    • Create and execute strategic account plans in collaboration with the sales team
    • Convey immediate client needs to the recruiting team
    • Identify new opportunities for client success
    • Close job offers and support new hires for their success
    • Meet quarterly goals focusing on account growth and gross margin
    Required Skills and Abilities:
    • Identify client's strategic and tactical business needs to uncover growth opportunities
    • Deliver timely and effective communications to keep stakeholders updated
    • Demonstrate leadership and collaborate effectively to achieve objectives
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Exceptional time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines
    • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications, Google Docs, and web-based tools
    • Exhibit Entelligence values when interacting within the organization and with clients
    We seek individuals who have:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
    • Preferably 2-5 years of experience in staffing/recruiting, with a preference for the IT industry
    • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role managing accounts
    • Proven track record of meeting revenue and profit targets
    • Demonstrated effectiveness in sales and negotiations
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
