    Description


    Our client is looking for an experienced Business Development Consultant who has extensive background in winning CQV projects within the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing space.


    Skill Set Profiles:

    • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.
    • Experience in selling standalone CQV services, with a comprehensive understanding of commissioning and validation processes.
    • Strong networking and relationship-building skills to establish a foothold in the North Carolina market.
    • Familiarity with the layout and dynamics of the North Carolina market, enabling effective sales strategy formulation.
    • Collaborative mindset to work alongside existing teams, particularly with regional managers to drive sales initiatives.

    Mandatory Requirements:

    • Demonstrated success in securing standalone CQV projects or similar technical services.
    • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the North Carolina market.
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with additional certifications or training in sales and marketing preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client engagement and internal collaboration.
    • Willingness to travel within the North Carolina region as required for client meetings and business development activities.
