    "This is a Work Experience position available through EmployNV Youth Hub. All candidates will be considered after program eligibility is determined."

    Location: East Las Vegas

    Pay: 14.00

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Respond to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries, identifying customer needs to generate sales appointments
    • Follow up with prospective clients that are not ready to make an appointment or are a no-show
    • Ensure sales lead opportunities are accounted for and appropriately notated in the CRM
    Desired Qualifications and Experience
    • Dealership and Call Center Experience preferred
    • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Strong phone/email etiquette and communication skills are a must
    • Good computer and typing skills
    • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
    Work hours and Environment
    • Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday 8 am to 9 pm.
    • Asking all candidates be flexible during these business hours
    • A 5 day work week is offered and closed on Sunday
    • Must be comfortable in an office, and call center environment
