Dealer Trainee - Las Vegas, United States - Station Casinos

Description

Station Casinos will be offering dealer school training to eligible Team Members and external candidates the opportunity to become a Dealer. Team Members and/or external candidates will attend the dealer school, as described below, and upon successful completion of an audition, will be offered a Dealer position at one of our properties.* Additionally, the school will be utilized as a training center for existing Dealers and Table Games Management to learn new games as dictated by business needs.

• Team Members that are represented by Labor Unions are not eligible for this program.

Current Team Members

• Current Team Members interested in attending dealer's school. Please see your property HR for more details.

External Candidates

• Temporary Dealer Trainees will be paid $15.00 per hour while they attend dealer school.
• The school will record their "hours worked" and report the hours to HR for payment.
• Temporary Dealer Trainees will have to successfully complete the school and pass an audition.
• Once the Dealer Trainee has completed the school and passed an audition, he/she will be eligible for the completion bonus(es).

Dealer Trainee will only be allowed to deal games for which they have passed the audition
