Description
The Schwarz Corporate Security is responsible for the strategic security of the Schwarz Group companies in the Heilbronn/Neckarsulm region, continuously assesses the current threat situation, and ensures a consistent level of security to protect the people, buildings, assets, and information of the Schwarz Group companies.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will lead the "Locking Systems" team
  • You will develop concepts for securing our administrative properties
  • You will participate in the planning and implementation of locking systems for new construction, renovation, and expansion projects
  • You will manage external service providers in project implementation
  • You will program electromechanical and electronic locking systems
  • You will support and advise our employees and departments on access-related issues
  • You will be responsible for access-related interdisciplinary projects

Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed a vocational training in mechanics, locksmithing, locking technology, or a similar qualification
  • You have extensive expertise in locking and security technology (mechanical, mechatronic, electronic)
  • You preferably have experience as a leader/team leader
  • You have excellent communication and assertiveness skills, as well as a high level of independence and responsibility
  • You are motivated to learn about new topics and enjoy driving projects forward with your department
