Payroll Accountant / HR Administrator (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:
- Preparation of payroll accounting for a fixed client base
- Administration of time tracking and absence management
- Support in all processes in human resources, such as contract creation, certificate creation, filing, and master data maintenance in our HR management software
- Execution of reporting and certification processes
- Correspondence with clients, health insurance companies, and authorities
- Independent and personal support of clients
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as a payroll accountant, certified accountant, or specialist assistant in payroll with relevant professional experience
- Possibly several years of practical experience in payroll accounting
- Good knowledge of DATEV programs, as well as Addison or MS Office applications
- Motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently, but also enjoy working in a team that supports you accordingly
