    We are a collaborative mid-sized agency with an immediate opportunity for an Account Director to join our growing Corporate team This Account Director team lead will run a critical piece of business on our Corporate team, managing account team members and serving as a day-to-day client counselor.

    You'll oversee the success of all client programming, manage complex projects, and lead and inspire team members.

    Location:
    NYC/East CoastHybrid (Located in the NYC HUB with Be IRL 2 Days/Week)

    What You'll Do:

    Serve as a strategic voice and account lead for the clientAssist in crafting media materials (media strategies, press releases, pitches, etc.) and review team's miscellaneous account needs (e.g.

    client notes)

    Drive media relations programs, from strategic oversight to helping the team to brainstorm new angles and conducting press outreach Set performance standards for account teamsResponsible for team deliverables and all client communication (emails, Slacks, etc.) Lead client calls and internal meetingsHave a solid grasp on account profitabilityCreate, review, and track program budgetsSkilled at written and verbal communicationsBe a problem solver for the teamMaintain strong media connections or be willing to build new ones as neededFrom time to time as needed, help participate in new business activitiesBe a voracious consumer of media and culture with the ability to bring fresh thinking to client workWhat You'll BringBachelor's Degree7+ years of experience working in-house or at an agency Experience managing a team of direct reports and/or mentoring junior talentMedia expertise and campaign development experienceMedia savviness including corporate storytelling and consumer trends and culture A solution-oriented and collaborative approach to all work, alongside an entrepreneurial and self- starter mindset Excellent client relationship managementWhat We'll Bring?A workplace that's alive with courage, ideas, respect and humanityProfessional growth and development programs to help advance your careerComprehensive health care and wellness plans for your entire familyA 401(k) Savings Plan and Flexible Spending AccountsPaid holidays, Unlimited Paid Time Off (Personal, Sick, Vacation), and Summer FridaysAdditional Perks:
