Job Description:
Growing company seeking a Compensation Analyst to join their team activities associated with the development and administration of compensation programs.
Responsibilities:
May serve as a compensation consultant to managers and HR by assisting in the implementation and continuous improvement of compensation solutions designed to help drive business growth.
Administer annual salary planning, salary structures and various incentives and bonus plans.
Prepares recommendations and special studies on subjects such as market pricing, incentive compensation, bonus plans, sales compensation, and similar complex programs.
Participate in market surveys; analyze survey data to identify market trends and ensure compensation programs are market competitive.Work with line managers creating and modifying job descriptions.
Requirements
PayFactors experience is strongly preferred
Superior analytical & project management skills; Strong written and verbal communication skills
Expertise with common reporting and analytical systems including Excel (required), MS Access (preferred), Data Warehouse (preferred), Oracle ERP (preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
