- Collaborate directly with customers, sales, and production teams to ensure projects meet customer requirements.
- Review quotes for accuracy and detail, coordinating with the estimating department.
- Create production tickets based on sales estimates or customer specifications.
- Manage specific projects, coordinating with production to meet customer needs.
- Monitor job quality and progress to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding scheduling and project details.
- Provide feedback on issues that may impact project quality or delivery.
- Conduct quality checks and provide proofs or samples to customers.
- Prepare invoices for completed jobs.
- Work closely with sales representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships for retention.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Manufacturing industry experience is required.
- 3-5 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.
- Estimating experience is a plus.
- Pay range: $22-26/hour
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.
