Description

At Stiftung Bethel, Stiftungsbereich Bethel.regional, we are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team at Haus Winterkampweg in Dortmund, New Suffolk. This is a part-time position (up to 19.5 hours per week) with an immediate start date and an indefinite contract. We are looking for:

Caregiver* for individual support

Special education teacher / nurse / elderly care nurse (m/f/d)

Your role - with heart and mind

Your main focus will be on providing individual support to a client with intellectual disabilities and challenging behavior
You will assist our client with daily tasks such as personal care, household chores, and leisure activities
You will provide necessary support during crises or difficult situations
Documentation of your work will be an important part of your daily tasks

What we offer - for you

Above-average salary according to AVR DD, the collective agreement for the Diakonie Germany, EG 8: Your starting salary will be approximately € gross/month (based on two years of relevant work experience and a full-time position of 39 hours/week), plus possible additional allowances and bonuses
You can negotiate your working hours with us, up to 19.5 hours per week are possible
