For our headquarters in Crailsheim, we are looking for a
_Commercial Clerk for Sales Support (m/f/d)_
to start as soon as possible:

Your responsibilities:

You will advise and support our national and international customers in writing and by phone.
You will receive inquiries and then take care of creating and tracking offers in our ERP system ProAlpha.
First point of contact for questions regarding orders, coordinating production and delivery dates with our production planning, and creating order confirmations.
Collaboration with departments to clarify technical and commercial questions.

Your profile:

Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial clerk or a comparable degree.
Ideally, you have good written and spoken English skills.
Technical interest is an advantage.
You have a confident demeanor and strong communication skills.
You have a high level of motivation and enjoy working in a team.
