We are currently seeking a Mobile Device Management (MDM) Specialist for one of our valued clients in the Medical Device Sector.

This is a permanent position located in the Altoona area with the option for a generous home office allowance.


Your Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing the MDM infrastructure for a variety of devices, including Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, Android, and mixed reality devices.

This includes both on-premise and SaaS applications.

You will also be responsible for analyzing and resolving incidents related to the MDM infrastructure at the 2nd and 3rd level, implementing changes, and ensuring proper system documentation.

Additionally, you will be involved in capturing and categorizing business requirements, developing and implementing automations, and creating procedures and escalation rules for MDM exceptions.


Your Skills:

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience as an MDM Specialist, Modern Workplace Specialist, ICT System Specialist, or Client Engineer.

They should also possess a strong knowledge and experience in Mobile Device Management, preferably with experience in Microsoft Intune.


Your Profile:

The successful candidate will have a completed higher education or university degree in Computer Science or a related field.
