- Technical knowledge in water, sewer and drainage projects is plus.
- Experience in the use of MS Project and MS Office.
- Familiarity with ArcGIS Mapping, AutoCAD and MS Access Database a plus.
- Candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an accredited university.
- EIT Certification
- One (1) to three (3) years work related experience.
