Job Description

Russell Tobin is searching for a skilled Civil Water & Wastewater Staff Engineer to join their dedicated team in the Sacramento area. As part of this role, you will lead and provide assistance in various Civil and Water/Wastewater planning and design projects.

This position offers a permanent role with a salary ranging from $120k to $150k.

Responsibilities:

Lead diverse design projects including levees, water treatment plants (WTPs), pump stations, pipelines, and storage tanks.
Perform hydraulic modeling for potable water systems and flood analyses.
Create figures, maps, and graphics using AutoCAD and GIS software.
Compile detailed technical reports and memos.

Qualifications:

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Have a PE Registration in California or be eligible to obtain it within a year.
Possess 4-7 years of experience in civil engineering, focusing on Water/Wastewater projects.
Demonstrate proficiency in GIS, AutoCAD, and Civil3D.
Preferred experience in potable water system design (WTPs, pipelines, pump stations, storage tanks), wastewater/storm drain system design (pipelines, lift stations), and water/wastewater system planning (Master Plans, hydraulic modeling).
