Medical Associates is hiring a Staff Accountant to join our Finance team This person should demonstrate strong attention to detail and knowledge of Excel.
Daily Activities: As a staff accountant you will work in a fast-paced environment where daily duties fluctuate depending on the time of month/year. You will be responsible for tasks related to maintaining the general ledger throughout the year, along with monthly preparation of financial statements. Annual tasks that the staff accountant will be involved with include annual financial audit, budget, compensation calculations, and inventory control. This person should demonstrate the ability to work independently and on a team.
Schedule: Business hours, Monday-Friday. Typically working around 40 hours per week

Physical Aspects:

Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
