- Assist Trust Officers in managing trust, estate, IRA and other wealth management client requests.
- Complete day-to-day administration of accounts and complete new and existing client paperwork, annual account reviews and assist with other projects.
- Field client calls for distribution and other general client inquiries and refer to our Trust Officer team.
- Complete proper IRA/agency paperwork and operations templates for client changes.
- Participate in client meetings to build rapport and establish understanding of the Trust Officer role.
- Assist with the client portal including access, trouble shooting and other client requests.
- Work with FCT staff and help with other clerical duties and projects as assigned.
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent years of experience.
- 2+ years' experience within a financial institution.
- Understanding of administrative and operational functions within a professional office environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills including oral and written communication.
- Strong attention to detail and conceptual and cognitive thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently as well within a team.
- High level of integrity, professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

We are seeking a talented individual to fill our position as an AssociateTrust Officer . This individual will support our Trust Officers in managing client relationships and providing top-tier client service. To be successful in this role you will need to be an effective communicator, people focused, collaborative and a self-starter. As our Associate Trust Officer you will provide administrative support, participate in client meetings and, over time, participate in training and development activities designed to position you for promotion to a Trust Officer.
