    Description


    The Data Platform Manager is a key member of the Data Tools & Operations leadership team responsible for delivering stable, secure, and scalable data solutions which meet the technical and business requirements of data engineers, analysts, architects, and consumers across the enterprise.

    This role collaborates with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure & Operations, and Enterprise Data & Insights to define, prioritize, and execute technical roadmaps for managed data platforms.

    The Data Platform Manager establishes relationships with and ensures alignment across Digital Technology, business teams, and vendor partners. This role helps remove organizational blockers on behalf of the team.

    The Data Platform Manager sets development goals for individuals to ensure that all members are contributing to the broader goals of the organization.

    This role interfaces with a variety of business representatives and IT stakeholders. Enabling process improvement, staff development, and project management skills are essential.
