About the role

Responsible for performing general support functions for Portfolio Managers in the servicing of multiple portfolios of commercial real estate loans.

Conduct research and financial analysis of commercial real estate properties, loans and portfolios.

What you'll do

Conduct research and financial analysis of commercial real estate properties, loans and portfolios. Review loan documents such as promissory notes and loan agreements to understand prepayment terms. Prepare payoff quotes using lender-specific templates. Discuss prepayment terms with borrowers and lenders via email and telephone.
Provide general customer service to clients and related contacts. Prepare various monthly and quarterly reports for portfolios.

High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required with a minimum of 3 years related experience. Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages. Requires basic analytical skills. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
