Job Description:

As a Strategy & Inhouse Consulting Intern for the Corporate Development Team at Europe's leading digital publisher, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Support complex projects across the Axel Springer Group, such as developing new product strategies, strategic reorganization, change management, and M&A.
  • Develop and evaluate business plans for various business initiatives, portfolio companies, and potential M&A targets.
  • Conduct competitor analyses, identify market trends, and create actionable business strategies.
  • Participate in workshops and interview sessions with local management teams.
  • Carry out web analytics and market research, such as focus groups or online surveys.
  • Prepare presentations for the Executive Board and other management teams.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a student in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Economics, or a related field from a leading university who has:

  • Previous internship experience in strategy consulting, venture capital, or investment banking.
  • Strong analytical skills, an entrepreneurial and conceptual mindset, and a knack for numbers.
  • A willingness to perform, high professionalism, and a strong team player mentality.
  • A keen interest in digital media and digital business models.
