For our renowned client in the heart of Munich, we are looking for a
permanent position as an office clerk/
team assistant (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

  • General administrative tasks and office work
  • Management and maintenance of databases using document management systems (Docuware, DATEV Unternehmen-Online)
  • Correspondence with authorities, banks, notaries, and land registry offices
  • Support in creating presentations and contracts
  • First contact and reception of visitors
  • Mail acceptance and dispatch

Your profile:

  • Commercial education, e.g. as an office clerk (m/f/d) or similar qualification
  • First professional experience in a comparable position desirable
  • Strong communication skills
  • Friendly and professional demeanor towards guests and colleagues
  • Organizational talent, ability to handle stress, and teamoriented
  • Quick comprehension and aboveaverage commitment
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel
