What you bring to the table

  • You have 2 years of experience in a fastgrowing scaleup
  • You have a completed degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • You are not intimidated by difficult profiles and enjoy developing new recruiting strategies to close the deal
  • You know how to convince your hiring managers with your ideas
  • The candidate is your top priority in recruiting
  • You are interested in digital business models and diving into the startup world
  • You have excellent German and English skills
Responsibilities

  • As a key account manager, you will oversee your own recruiting projects
  • In conversations with candidates, you not only provide standard information, but also explain the operational tasks and innovative business model of your venture
  • You enjoy bringing new ideas to the team and are passionate about optimizing processes and continuously improving
  • You work closely with the entire People team, as well as leaders from all departments, to align the recruiting process with business needs
