Join us and be part of shaping the technological future and further growth of accantec as a Branch Manager for Business Intelligence.

We are looking for a full-time team member to join us at our location in Munich.

Your responsibilities with us:

Establishing and developing our Munich branch, as well as managing and expanding our customer base in Southern Germany
Results and personnel responsibility for the branch, including the development and support of employees
Conducting sales and presales activities
Handson implementation in customer projects as a Senior/Managing Consultant or Project Manager

What we are looking for:

Several years of experience in building and leading a Business Unit in the field of Business Intelligence consulting
Expertise in at least one of the following BI technologies: SAS, IBM, Microsoft or similar
Entrepreneurial mindset and approach
Strong sales skills with proven experience in building longterm customer relationships, ideally in Southern Germany
Existing network of consultants and consulting partners in the IT/BI consulting field, ideally in Southern Germany
Leadership experience in the IT consulting field
Clear conceptual ideas for the development of the branch
Technical competence in Business Intelligence/Big Data technologies
Enjoyment of consulting combined with branch management
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Completed degree in Computer Science/Business Informatics or a similar field of study
