In 1999, we started our operations with a daycare center and less than 10 employees.

Today, more than 300 colleagues work in 15 facilities in the areas of daycare centers, children's homes, and youth welfare.

To strengthen our team in the daycare center department, we are currently looking for
educators for our Leuchtturm daycare center in Marzahn-Hellersdorf for 30 to 39 hours per week.

Our Leuchtturm daycare center has 65 places and is located in a quiet, green residential area on the edge of the Springpfuhlpark in Berlin Marzahn-Hellersdorf.

It is the first facility of its kind on the ground floor of a modular accommodation for refugees and was opened as a pilot project in summer 2021.

With our "Leuchtturm project", we aim to promote integration and diversity from an early age and bring families together who may not have much contact outside of the daycare center.

We achieve this by equally opening the daycare center for children and families from the modular accommodation as well as for children and families from the surrounding area.

Your responsibilities
