Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
EIT/FE certification; PE license preferred but not required.
Proficiency in civil engineering design software and project management tools.
Strong understanding of construction techniques and materials.

Effective communication abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with local regulations, permits, and industry standards.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in heavy civil engineering and construction projects.
Hands-on involvement in project planning, design, and execution.
Experience in producing detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software.
Track record of coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and project scheduling.
Previous exposure to environmental and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and development of project plans, specifications, and schedules.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure project objectives are met.
Conduct field inspections to monitor construction progress and quality.
Provide technical support to field teams and resolve engineering issues.
Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and drawings.
Participate in budget tracking and cost control efforts.
Liaise with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with permits and regulations.
