    Description

    Title:
    Project Engineer


    Location:
    Portland, OR


    Job Summary:

    Lead the project's field engineering team to ensure successful project completion through effective project controls and technical support during construction.


    Responsibilities:
    Support monthly revenue, cost, and cash flow reporting
    Establish and manage project controls processes as per contract requirements
    Administer subcontracts and purchase agreements
    Manage equity outreach and contracting program to achieve goals
    Supervise project schedule and monthly updates
    Review design packages for constructibility and quality control
    Assist in operations planning
    Ensure team safety
    Conduct project closeout and as-built recording
    Maintain strong client relations
    Mentor construction engineering group


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Engineering Management, or related field; relevant experience may substitute
    Heavy Civil experience
    5-8 years of construction engineering/management experience
    Experience in managing construction engineers
    Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
    Ability to analyze engineering plans and contract documents
    Excellent organizational and time management abilities
    Effective leader and team player
    Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and construction estimating software
