We are currently looking for employees for our palliative care department in Arlington, IN, starting as soon as possible:


Palliative Care Staff (m/f/d):


(full-time and/or part-time)

Your responsibilities:


  • Independent and professional execution of basic and treatment care, as well as taking further necessary nursing measures
  • Willingness to engage in intensive relationship and care work
  • Identification with the concept of palliative care and willingness to engage with the situation of terminally ill patients
  • Collaboration in a multidisciplinary team and contribution to the development of the department
  • Willingness to work independently in shift schedules
  • Counseling and support for family members and other cooperation partners

Your qualifications:


  • Completed training in elderly care, nursing, or healthcare
  • Further education in palliative care of at least 160 hours or willingness to complete it
  • Identification with the idea of providing palliative care to seriously ill patients, especially through a respectful attitude towards the patients and their families
  • Good nursing and medical knowledge in the field of palliative and acute care or oncology
  • Communication and social skills, empathy, and flexibility
